This place offers authentic Dutch pancakes. Having breakfast in a European-style atmosphere can make you feel happy from the morning. The spacious and cozy interior adds to the charm of the place, but above all, the delicious Dutch pancakes are highly recommended! They offer a variety of pancakes, from savory to sweet, so you can choose according to your morning mood. It seems that it gets a bit crowded between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., so I recommend going there during the early morning hours.

Though I haven’t personally used it, it seems they offer facilities like showers and lockers!
Now, let’s talk about breakfast! My personal recommendation is the French toast. You’ll get addicted to the sweetness of the toast. I highly suggest having it with coffee! The combination of the sweetness of the French toast and the bitterness of espresso is unbeatable.

A relaxing café where you can feel the sea breeze of Awase, and time passes peacefully on the terrace seats. If you visit before 11 a.m., you can order the Morning Plate. Enjoying authentic coffee and breakfast in a laid-back atmosphere for just a coin makes you want to come every day. I also love the different atmosphere of the sea from the East Coast, so occasionally coming here to enjoy the sea on the east coast is also recommended.

I personally think this place is the place of ‘freedom.’ When you see the staff working happily, it brightens your mood too, doesn’t it? you’ll find surfboards and photos of the sea inside of this cafe, giving you a feeling like you are traveling beautiful tropical island.

It opens at 7 a.m., so it’s perfect for those who want to be active in the morning. You can indulge in a luxurious time with authentic panini and coffee right from the morning. They also offer a morning menu, so even if you’re concerned about the price, you can easily enjoy it in the morning. (Note: The morning menu includes a choice of French toast or a plate, but it does not include panini.)
Additionally, since they have a store in Onna Village, it’s a recommended rest spot for tourists on tours or those driving north. Being close to the sea, enjoying breakfast on the terrace while feeling the sea breeze could be a great idea.

For the drip coffee, they offered a choice of about three types of coffee for the day, and I chose the Cherry Blossom bean. It had the fruitiest flavor I’ve ever tasted in coffee. The distinctiveness of the coffee beans was brought out so well that it felt like I was drinking wine, creating a very intriguing taste.
Not only the coffee but also the food was delicious. They had a variety of menus resembling American breakfast, all of which looked appetizing! This time, I had Eggs Benedict and French toast. They had just the right amount of volume, perfect for brunch, not too heavy nor too little.
Personally, the Eggs Benedict was incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend it. However, it might be a bit pricey for breakfast, so it’s better to treat yourself or reward yourself for the week. The taste is undoubtedly delicious, so please give it a try

“What’s the Story?” is a classic café located in Chatan Town! It’s a café that makes you feel like you’re in a 90s American movie! They open at 7 a.m., so if you order for their morning plan and a drink, you’ll get free toast, boiled eggs, and a mini salad! Additionally, for an extra 200 yen, you can also order pizza toast or waffles.
Their coffee and food are delicious, so I highly recommend trying them out.

The flavors of the plates are bold and punchy, making them suitable for those who enjoy rich and intense flavors. Additionally, the coffee is freshly ground on the spot, and the espresso flavor is strong and delicious.
